Note If you're running Outlook 2013 or a later version, you don't have to install any hotfix.

How to retrieve the serial number for AutoCAD when it's already installed

If you need to recover a serial number from a currently working version of Auto CAD, prior to a wipe for example, it can be located in the following or similar registry location for version 2010 onwards.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R17.2\ACAD-7001:409

The key you’re looking for will definitely have the :409 at the end and the string is listed as SerialNumber

How to Stop Windows 7 or 8 from Downloading Windows 10 Automatically

I have had several users saying Windows 10 Upgraded it's self. In order to stop this we can create a registry key to stop this from happening.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\
Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

You will need to create the "Windows Update" Key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\ and then create a 32 Bit DWORD named "DisbaleOSUpgrade" and set the value to Decimal of 1.
